Fit tips: 

Consider the size of the bead you wish to use with the ring, for a comfortable fit chose a bigger ring, if you plan on using multiple beads. The ring sizes in the chart work well with a single standard gemstone or glass bead.
 
Gift Tip:  
Size 53 and 55 fit most.
