Returns

All purchases made on our website can be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. (Christmas gifts can be exchanged or refunded until January 15th).

We will refund or credit the value of the item and any taxes charged within 10 days of us receiving the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, however, if the return is a result of our error, we will of course refund the shipping as well.

Please note there will be a R100 courier fee due when sending exchanged items back, unless these exchanged items are included with a new order over R800.

Please e-mail us at info@trollbeads.co.za to notify us of your intention to return the goods and we will send you a form with all the details for the return.
