Crafted with Traditional Techniques

Many of our silver beads are created using the lost wax casting method (cire perdue), a traditional technique dating back over 3,000 years. This allows us to capture fine artistic details and produce beads with depth and dimension. Each bead is cast, cooled, cleaned, oxidised, and polished—resulting in a high-quality piece ready for your bracelet, necklace, or ring.

Oxidised for Depth and Contrast

To bring out the finest details in every design, Trollbeads uses oxidisation on our silver beads. This process darkens recessed areas to create contrast and visual texture, giving each bead its own unique look. The effect is similar to natural silver tarnish—but controlled and beautifully designed.

Customisable and Compatible Jewellery
