TBC Club Terms & Conditions
The club is managed and maintained by Trollbeads A/S. Registered office at Toldbodgaden 13, 1253 Copenhagen, Denmark.
Access to, and use of the club's activities are governed by these General Conditions of Use. Access to and use of the site, as well as the purchase of products, presuppose the reading, knowledge and acceptance of these General Conditions of Use. If you do not agree, in whole or in part, with the site's General Conditions of Use, please do not use our website.
Anyone who accesses and uses the site implicitly declares not to use the site for illicit purposes or in any case contrary to current legislation.
Trollbeads A/S may modify or simply update, in whole or in part, these General Conditions. Changes and updates to the General Conditions will be notified to users on the site's Homepage as soon as they are adopted and will be binding as soon as they are published on the site in this same section.
If a provision of these General Conditions of Use is deemed illicit, void or for any reason ineffective, its invalidity or ineffectiveness will not affect the validity or effectiveness of the remaining provisions.
Access to the site and membership of the Club
All natural persons can join the "Trollbeads Club".
Content on the Trollbeads Club site is only for private use and may not be used in any commercial of professional activity.
By completing the registration to the "Trollbeads Club", the Customer declares to have read, to know and to have fully understood these General Conditions and accepts to be bound by them in relation to the services that will be provided by Trollbeads South Africa.
The Customer can proceed with the registration to the "Trollbeads Club", assuming the status of Member, by filling in their data online on the Trollbeads South Africa website.
The registration to the "Trollbeads Club" will be considered valid only and exclusively following the payment made online and the receipt of the confirmation email of the same.
At the time of registration, the customer can choose between 2 options:
- 1 year – valid for 12 months from the time of enrollment at the price of R999
- 3 years – valid for 36 months from the time of enrollment at the price of R2699
Registration will entitle you to receive the " Welcome Package " containing:
- the Trollbeads Club bead dedicated to the current year which will become the distinctive sign for the members of the "Trollbeads Club";
- Access to club exclusive pages accessible via the Trollbeads website.
SUBSCRIPTION BENEFITS
1 year enrollment:
- The "Welcome Package" will be sent by Trollbeads South Africa.
- The right to view and/or pre-book the limited editions, guaranteeing the right of first refusal on the same. PLEASE NOTE - all the beads available are for pre-order through the Trollbeads Club and are LIMITED, i.e. the available quantities are limited, and not guaranteed to all members. A waiting period of up to 6 weeks may apply for delivery from Denmark.
- The right to participate in promotions reserved only for members of the Trollbeads Club.
- The right to participate in competitions reserved only for members of the Trollbeads Club.
- The right to participate in initiatives reserved only for members of the Trollbeads Club.
3-year enrollment:
It provides the same advantages as the 1-year subscription with the addition of:
- The " Welcome Package" will contain an extra Free gift chosen by Trollbeads SA.
- Each subsequent year of membership, the member will receive the bead of the new year - 3 in total.
